RankPresence is a Google Maps competitor analysis tool. It allows local business owners to search for their business, see how they rank among nearby competitors based on publicly available Google Maps data, and download a PDF report with competitor insights and an action plan.
The data shown is sourced from Google Maps at the time of each search and reflects publicly available information only.
You agree to use RankPresence only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
RankPresence charges a one-time fee per report. Payments are processed securely by Zoho Payments.
Refund policy: Since reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report, please contact us at contact@rankpresence.com within 24 hours and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
The competitor data in your report is sourced from Google Maps at the time of your search. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Google Maps data may occasionally differ from what you see directly on Google.
RankPresence reports are intended as a directional guide for business decisions — not as a definitive or legally binding analysis. We recommend cross-checking data directly on Google Maps.
The RankPresence platform, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by RankPresence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may share your own report but may not resell or redistribute it commercially.
RankPresence is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will always be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPresence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.
RankPresence uses Google Places API, Zoho Payments, and Supabase. Your use of these services through our platform is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of RankPresence at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. RankPresence is operated by Atticus Labs, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Any disputes arising from your use of RankPresence shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
